€ 2.990,00 New President Guitar Handmade in Germany. The 'President' has been available from Höfner since the early 1950s. Always a quality instrument aimed at the professional wanting a robust guitar with great tone the New President continues in that tradition. It features a solid carved top in selected solid German spruce and a solid carved back in flamed maple giving deep tones and plenty of sustain. Excellent to play acoustically or plugged in. Common to all Höfner jazz guitars is the neck to body joint at the 16th fret, which ensures easy access to the upper end of the fretboard. Also available as left handed (L) version in Natural finish only. Includes a Höfner Deluxe case.
